I am a Colorado girl, who loves fishing, snowmobiling and skydiving. I moved to Duluth in 1993 to be the General Manager of a local glass company after spending the previous 15 years as the Construction Manager for the largest glass company in Southern Colorado. In Pueblo I kept busy not only managing multi-million dollar projects, I also served on the Board of Directors for CSI, Pueblo Community College, Chamber of Commerce and many other community organizations. In 1998 I had the opportunity of starting my own construction management company and was hired by a local congregation to build their church. After the completion of their beautiful building I went back to school and obtained my real estate license. It was the perfect fit with construction. In 2006 I ventured out and opened the doors of CMRA! What a wonderful opportunity of incorporating all of my past careers into a ministry where we work side by side with our clients with all of their real estate needs. |

I am almost a Duluth native. After graduating from St Scholastica I taught 7th – 12th grade choral music, played trombone in the “Harbor Brass” and sang in the Arrowhead Choral for many years. During a brass rehearsal I suggested that one of the members of the group hire me as a salesperson; it is my belief that you are constantly selling in life, whether it’s yourself or something you believe. Lo, and behold, I took a position selling coffee! It was very providential in my life and I worked 19 years for a local coffee roaster. In 2004, I met Beth and after much consideration and prayer decided to make a leap of faith and get my real estate license. What a great career to utilize my teaching, marketing, selling and networking background. Real estate is all about fitting the needs of my client, whether Buying or Selling, with a tangible product that truly makes a difference to them. |
